MANUFACTURING Our manufacturing process allow us to capture real time data and assist our associates in ensuring that all critical dimensions are met on each and every operation.  Our associates are trained in SPC and six sigma.  We fully believe that your specifications and tolerances are not guidelines, but are what we measure ourselves to. SUPPORT Our top priority is finding solutions to improve your process and lower your cost.  We achieve this with our engineering support team that works with your engineering staff on, tool failure analysis, continuous improvement initiatives such as regrind programs and tool path optimization to reduce cycle time.
